Quick Fruit Salad with Greek Yougurt







Ingredients:


Banana   2 diced
Apple     2 sliced
Grapes green  small  1 cup
peach  1
Apricot  4 to 5 chopped
Greek yougurt   1/2 cup
Almonds as per choice to garnish
Honey   2 to 3 tbl spn to garnish


Directions:


Combine the fruits in a large bowl, mix it with yougurt,Sprinkle chopped almonds and drizzle honey to garnish , serve it cool.

Georgian Cheese Bread Recipe







Ingredients:



FOr Dough.


All purpose flour 5to 6 cup
eggs 2
plain yougurt 2 cups
butter softened 4 tbl spn
baking powder 2 tea spn
salt 1 tea spn


For Filling:

ricotta cheese 200 grms
fresh mozzerella 200 grms
high quality feta 600 grms




Directions:


In a bowl stir together yougurt, eggs, butter and salt, add the flour cupful at a time, work with hands to form a silky soft dough.
add as much flour as it necessary to bring the dough to kneadable consistency, it should not be overly sticky.knead in the baking soda.
wrap the dough in plastic or stick in a tupperware container, cover and refrigerate for atleat 20 mins.
For filling grate or chop all the cheeses and mix it well and stir in the egg, preheat the oven for 425 forenheit/220 celsius, make small balls by pulling off a piece of dough to the size of a tennis ball, mount about two table spoon of cheese in the centre of disc and start bringing the sides of the dough up around it pleat them as you go .pat this cheese filled dough ball out untill it is one half inch thick and bake it for 15 mins.
you can also cook this bread in a heavy skillet on the stovetopuntill both sides are golden brown, enjoy to eat it warm.

Tofu with vegetable Recipe







Ingredients:


Tofu water packed drained ....... 200 grm cut into 1/2 inch cubes
brown sugar ........ 1 tbl spn
soy sauce ......... 2 tbl spn
vinegar........ 2 tbbl spn
tomato catchup...... 2 tbl spn
cornstarch ....... 2 tea spn
red bell pepper ........ 1 large
green bell pepper ......... 1 large
carrot ......... 2 medium
ginger  chopped......... 1 tbl spn
garlic chopped ........ 1 tbl spn


Directions:

In a large bowl, marinate tofu with , vinegar, soy sause, tomato ketchup and sugar. after half an hour ,heat the oil, transfer marinated tofu to the pan, stir it and cook for 6 to 9 mins, add ginger and garlic, cut carrots and bell peppers in thin slant shaped 1 inch pieces and add thrm to tofu , add remained sauce and cook for 2 to 3 mins untill fragrant, sweet and sour tofu vegetable is ready to serve.

Home Made Zinger Chicken Burger Recipe












Ingredients:



chicken bonless flay........ 1/2 kg
mustard powder ....... 1 tea spn
black pepper ....... 1 tea spn
salt ...... 1 tea spn
soya sauce ....... 2 tbl spn
vinegar ....... 1 tbl spn
oil for frying
Bun...... 1 pack
slice cheese..... 1 pack
lettuce..... as per choice
mayonnaise ....... 150 grm
chilli sauce as per taste

marinate chicken with all  above spices and leave it for 10 to twelve hours,
prepare the batter:

plain flour ....... 2 tbl spn
corn flour ...... 2 tbl spn
rice flour ....... 2 tbl spn
egg....... 1
baking powder ...... 1/4 tea spn
salt ...... 1/2 tea spn

For coating:

corn flakes...... 1 cup
bread crumbs ...... 1 cup
grind it together not to powder form.



Direction:


dip marinated chicken in batter and then coat it with cornflakes and crumbs and fry till it comes to golden, cut the buns and spread mayonnaise to both sides , put fried chicken piece , lettuce leaf and cheese slice as per choice , serve it with fries, tomato ketchup and chilli sauce .

Strawberry Muffins









Ingredients:



white flour......... 1 cup
low fat milk ......... 1/2 cup
egg .......... 1 large
canolla oil ........... 2 tbl spn
sour cream fat free.........2 tbl spn
whole wheat flour ......... 3/4 cup
baking powder ........2 tea spn
salt ........... 1/2 tea spn
white sugar .......... 1/2 cup
vanilla extract .......... 1 tbl spn
strawberries chopped...........1 1/2 cup



Directions:


preheat oven to 375 degrees, line a muffin pan with paper , about ten .
In a bowl, add egg, sour cream, oil and milk , beat it well till smooth, in another bowl, add flour of two types, salt , baking powder and sugar, then whisk it and add strawberries and coat with mixture, then add milk mixture to it and blend them together well. put 1/4 cup of mixture in each cup and bake it for 20 mins untill a knife comes back clean out of it, cool the muffins in room temperature and serve with tea.

Deep Chocolate Walnut Brownies









Ingredients:


Butter....... 1/2 cup
coco powder ...... 1/2 cup
sugar ....... 1 cup
flour .......2/3 cup
vanilla essence ......1 tea spn
eggs .......2
baking powder .......1/2 tea spn
salt ....... 1/4 tea spn
walnuts .......1/2 cup
chocolate chips .......1/2 cup



Directions:




In a sauce pan, melt butter, add coco powder, sugar, eggs and vanilla essense till smooth, add flour, baking powder and and salt ,mix it well . then add chocolate chips and walnuts.

preheat oven to 350 degree, and greece the baking pan, pour the mixture into it and bake it for 15 to 20 mins,dont over bake it , insert a knife to come out smooth, cool it and serve with tea .

English Yummy Triffle











Ingredients:


white cake layers 8 inches ............ 2
Fresh strawberries ........... 2 cup
fresh blueberries ........... 1  1/2cup
vanilla pudding mix ............ 1
fresh cream whipped ........... 1 cup
bananas ........... 2 to 3
silvered almond ............. 1/4 cup
cherries ........... 1 cup
orange juice.............. 1/4 cup
white sugar ............. 1/4 cup
milk ........... 2 cup



Directions:


combine pudding with pudding mix untill smooth, slice strawberries and sprinkle sugar , slice bananas and and toss it with orange juice , cut the cake into 1 1/2 inches cubes, In a bowl , use half of cake to set in the bottom, layer half of the fruits on it , spread half of the pudding over fruit, repeat the action in same order , in a bowl , whip the cream and spread over top of triffle , garnish with the left fruits and silver almonds, serve it chilled.
