Home Made Zinger Chicken Burger Recipe












Ingredients:



chicken bonless flay........ 1/2 kg
mustard powder ....... 1 tea spn
black pepper ....... 1 tea spn
salt ...... 1 tea spn
soya sauce ....... 2 tbl spn
vinegar ....... 1 tbl spn
oil for frying
Bun...... 1 pack
slice cheese..... 1 pack
lettuce..... as per choice
mayonnaise ....... 150 grm
chilli sauce as per taste

marinate chicken with all  above spices and leave it for 10 to twelve hours,
prepare the batter:

plain flour ....... 2 tbl spn
corn flour ...... 2 tbl spn
rice flour ....... 2 tbl spn
egg....... 1
baking powder ...... 1/4 tea spn
salt ...... 1/2 tea spn

For coating:

corn flakes...... 1 cup
bread crumbs ...... 1 cup
grind it together not to powder form.



Direction:


dip marinated chicken in batter and then coat it with cornflakes and crumbs and fry till it comes to golden, cut the buns and spread mayonnaise to both sides , put fried chicken piece , lettuce leaf and cheese slice as per choice , serve it with fries, tomato ketchup and chilli sauce .

Strawberry Muffins









Ingredients:



white flour......... 1 cup
low fat milk ......... 1/2 cup
egg .......... 1 large
canolla oil ........... 2 tbl spn
sour cream fat free.........2 tbl spn
whole wheat flour ......... 3/4 cup
baking powder ........2 tea spn
salt ........... 1/2 tea spn
white sugar .......... 1/2 cup
vanilla extract .......... 1 tbl spn
strawberries chopped...........1 1/2 cup



Directions:


preheat oven to 375 degrees, line a muffin pan with paper , about ten .
In a bowl, add egg, sour cream, oil and milk , beat it well till smooth, in another bowl, add flour of two types, salt , baking powder and sugar, then whisk it and add strawberries and coat with mixture, then add milk mixture to it and blend them together well. put 1/4 cup of mixture in each cup and bake it for 20 mins untill a knife comes back clean out of it, cool the muffins in room temperature and serve with tea.

Deep Chocolate Walnut Brownies









Ingredients:


Butter....... 1/2 cup
coco powder ...... 1/2 cup
sugar ....... 1 cup
flour .......2/3 cup
vanilla essence ......1 tea spn
eggs .......2
baking powder .......1/2 tea spn
salt ....... 1/4 tea spn
walnuts .......1/2 cup
chocolate chips .......1/2 cup



Directions:




In a sauce pan, melt butter, add coco powder, sugar, eggs and vanilla essense till smooth, add flour, baking powder and and salt ,mix it well . then add chocolate chips and walnuts.

preheat oven to 350 degree, and greece the baking pan, pour the mixture into it and bake it for 15 to 20 mins,dont over bake it , insert a knife to come out smooth, cool it and serve with tea .

English Yummy Triffle











Ingredients:


white cake layers 8 inches ............ 2
Fresh strawberries ........... 2 cup
fresh blueberries ........... 1  1/2cup
vanilla pudding mix ............ 1
fresh cream whipped ........... 1 cup
bananas ........... 2 to 3
silvered almond ............. 1/4 cup
cherries ........... 1 cup
orange juice.............. 1/4 cup
white sugar ............. 1/4 cup
milk ........... 2 cup



Directions:


combine pudding with pudding mix untill smooth, slice strawberries and sprinkle sugar , slice bananas and and toss it with orange juice , cut the cake into 1 1/2 inches cubes, In a bowl , use half of cake to set in the bottom, layer half of the fruits on it , spread half of the pudding over fruit, repeat the action in same order , in a bowl , whip the cream and spread over top of triffle , garnish with the left fruits and silver almonds, serve it chilled.

Cheesy Garlic Bread











Ingredients:


French bread loaf ........... 1
butter ........... 6 tbl spn
garlic cloves grated .......... 6
canola oil ........... 6 tbl spn
mozzarella cheese shreded .......... 1/2 cup
parmesan cheese ........... 1/4 cup
black pepper ............ 1/2 tea spn
parsley fresh ............ 2 tea spn









Direction :


preheat oven to 375 degree, In a pan , heat butter , add oil pepper and garlic till it melts , add parsely in the end . Before dressing heat the bread for 5 mins then cut it  into slices but nt all the way through .
place bread slices on foil paper , pour the mixture on it evenly and bake it for 10 mins, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan and broil it about 4 to 5 min untill cheese stars melting, let it cool and garnish with parsley to serve.

Black Beans corn Salsa













Ingredients:


Black beans....... 1 can
whole kernel corns ........ 1 can
small tomatoes ........ 1 cup chopped
onion chopped ....... 1 1/3 cup
fresh cilantro chopped ....... 2 tbl spn
lime juice ....... 2 tbl spoon
ground cumin........ 1/2 tea spn
mayonnaise ........ 1/4 cup
salt to taste



Directions:



In a bowl mix mayonnaise with lime juice and cumin, drain the can of black beans, stir in remaining ingredients , toss together the ingredients and serve it chilled.

Ingredients:



 beef tenderloin.......  1 kg ,cut into 1 inch strips
 vegetable oil........2 table spns
 ginger paste .......1 table spn
 garlic paste....... 2 table spn
 cumin powder.......2 tea spn
 coriander powder......2 tea spn
 papaya paste .......2 table spn
 fresh ground pepper........1 tea spn
 red chili powder........ 1/2 tea spn
 ground star anise .......1/2 tea spn
 ground mace........1/2 tea spn
 sea salt or 3/4 tea spn
 kosher salt.....3/4 tea spn
 yoghurt.......1 cup
 onions........2 large, sliced thin


Method:


Fry the onions until golden brown and soft then dry on a kitchen paper towel.  grind the onions to a smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl (use glass or stainless steel if available), mix the beef strips with the onion paste, all the spices and the yoghurt (do not add the papaya paste). leave it overnight or about 8 hours in the refrigerator.
Take the marinated beef and mix in the papaya paste. Let stand for about an hour. Thread the beef strips into skewers and grill or broil in the oven for about 20 minutes. Rotate the skewer and grill for another 20 minutes or till done.
Best served as wrapped in paratha with a twist of lemon juice, pinch of chopped onions and a pinch of chopped parsley.

Original Ginger Bread recipe











Ingredients:


Butter .......... 1/2 cup plain
white sugar ......... 1/2 cup
All purpose flour ........ 2 1/2 cup
Egg ........ 1
molasses ........ 1 cup
baking powder ........ 1 1/2 tea spn
Ground ginger ........ 1 tea spn
Ground cinnamon ...... 1 tea spn
Ground cloves ........ 1/2 tea spn
salt ....... 1/2 tea spn
Hot water ........ 1 cup






Directions:



In a bowl , beat the butter with sugar , add egg and molasses. In another bowl mix the flour with baking powder, salt , cinnamon , ginger and cloves,blend into creamy mixture and stir into hot water. Then pour the mixture into greasy pan.
Preheat oven to 350  degree f (175 c) and grease the pan and flour it.Bake one hour untill a knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool it in  pan before serving, and garnish it with cream and nuts as per your choice.

Chicken Spring Rolls (Asian recipies)







Ingredients:


chicken breast  .......... 500 grm
carrot ............ 1
capsicum ........... 2
cabbage ............ 1 standard
green chillies ............ 3 to 4
soya sauce ............. 2 tbl spn
black pepper ............ 1 tea spn
salt to taste
oil ....... 2 tbl spn
roll patti ......... 1 pack
egg for binding
oil for deep frying


For Marination:

Marinate chicken with
soya sauce  1 tbl spn
vinegar  1 tbl spn
chilli sauce 1 tbl spn
salt and black pepper


Preparation:

Cut chicken breast in slant shape 1 inch pieces then marinate chicken and leave it for 1 hour , cut the vegetables in slant thin layers then stir fry marinated chicken in hot oil and dry its water then add vegetables one by one and add cabbage in end , stir them for one minute with sauces  and add spices as per taste  , leave it to room temperature, then fill the mixutre in roll patti and shape it with the help of egg white , deep fry it and present with tomato ketchup.

Macaroni Fruit Salad




Ingredients :


Apples ............... 500 grm
peach ............ 300 grm
pine apple ............ 200 grm pieces
grapes small ............. 200 grm
macaroni ........... 200 grm
mayyonaise ............ 150 grm
yougurt ............ 1/2 cup
white pepper ........... 1/2 tea spoon



Directions:



Cut apples and peaches into small cubes , add grapes and pine apple pieces in a bowl , boil macaroni and leave it to room temperature , then pour yougurt and mix it with mayyonaise well add white pepper and then macroni and all fruits in it, mix it up and leave it to refrigerator , serve it chilled.

Aloo Paratha (Asian Recipies)




Ingredients :


potatoes .............. 500 grm
onion ..............1 big size
ginger ............ 1 piece finely chopped (optional)
green chillies ............. 4 to 5
coriander as per choice
anar dana ............. 2 tbl spoon
coriander powder ............ 1 tea spn
red chillies ............. 1 and 1/2 tea spn
salt ............ 1 and 1/2 tea spn
ajwan  seeds......... pinch
flour for bread
oil or desi ghee for oiling




Directions:



boil potatoes and press them , cut onion in small cubes or slant pieces and ginger as well, add them to potatoes , add green chillies and coriander , add all spices and mix it well , then mix the flour and leave it for 2 hours , make two small balls of flour , press them to make small thin bread , put the mixture into it and close it finely. then put it to hotplate and cook like bread , pour some oil or desi ghee till it comes to golden brown, serve with mint raita and chutney.

Chicken vegetable Samosa (Asian Recipies)





 Ingredients:


chicken breast .......... 1/2 kg
potato ............. 2
cabbage ............. 1/2 standard size
peas ............ 1 cup
onion ............. 1 optional
coriander and green chillies to taste
salt........... 1 and half tea spoon
black pepper ............ 1 tea spoon
chat masala 1 tea spoon optional
samosa patti ........... 1 packet
egg ....... 1

Directions:


Cut chicken breast into large pieces and boil them, , leave it to room temprature then mash chicken into thin layers and add boiled potatoes , green chillies , onion and coriander , then boil cabbage for 2 mins and add into mixture ,, add spices and make a mixture . take samosa patti , put a bit mixture in it and shape it like small samosas and bind with egg, then deep fry it and serve with catchup.

Apricot Honey Shake





Ingredients:


milk .......... 2 cup
apricots peeled off ........ 200 grms
honey ........... 2 tbl spoon
sugar ............ 1 tbl spoon if needed


Preparation:


put apricots in a grinder add milk and honey , put sugar and mix it well ,
 add some ice in summers , refreshing apricot milk shake is ready.

Tasty mint yougurt sauce (Asian Recipies)





Ingredients:


mint ........ 150 grms
coriander ........ 100 grm
salt ........... to taste
black pepper ........... quarter tea spn
green chillies  ............ 2
yougurt ........... 500 grms


Preparation:


seperate mint leaves and coriander and wash it . put the leaves  in grinder with a bit of water , add green chillies and make a fine mixtue, add the mixture into yougurt , add salt and pepper and serve with snacks and desi dishes.

Chicken veggy pasta




Ingredients:


spegetti  .......... 100 grm
macroni .......... 100 grm
chicken breast ......... 500 grm cut into cubes
capsicum ........... 2 cut into slant
carrot ............ 2 cut into thin slant
cabbage ........... half cut into slant
onion .......... 1 standard
soya sauce ........... 4 to 5 table spoon
vinegar ............ to add taste
chilli sauce ........... to add taste
 salt .......... according to taste
black pepper ........... 1 tea spoon
cheese .......... according to taste
oil .......... 2 tabl spoon


Preparation:


stir fry chicken breast pieces in oil, dry its water and then add vegetables and stir fry to cook, add cabbage in the end. Boil the pasta and rinse its water then add salt , pepper , vinegar and chilli sauce in vegetables, add pasta and mix it well,, vegetale pasta is ready to serve, add ceese above according your taste.

Easy to made chicken nuggets




Ingredients:


Chicken breast ....... 1/2 kg
Soya sauce ........ 2 tble spn
Vinegar ......... 2 tble spn
Cornflour .........200 grams
Eggs ........... 4 
Bread crumbs ........ according to need
Salt ........... 1 and half tea spn
black pepper ........... 1 tea spn
Red chilli ............ add to taste
oil for deep frying
serve with ketchup.


Preparation:

Cut chicken breast into thin layers and then cut them into rectangle shape small pieces. Marinate it with soya sauce,black pepper, alt , vinegar , red chilli if wanted and leave it in deep freezer foe two hours.Beat the eggs and cornflour seperately and put the bread crumbs in a bowl,,, dip the chicken into eggs first and then cover it with crumbs ,repeat the action with cornflour then coat it with crumbs.
Deep fry the chicken pieces in warm oil and seperate it when golden,,, serve it with tomato ketchup and tea.
